Note themes that give each page its own colours

Folevi’s app stays white, or near-black when you switch it to dark mode. The colour comes from your notes: pick one of 57 note themes, or your own picture, and the page takes its colours from it.

Note theme: Irises

57 themes, or Plain

Each theme is an artwork with the colours, separator and fonts a note starts with. It sets the cover, the paper colour and the text colour. On Auto, highlights, callouts and checkboxes take their colours from it too. Plain has no artwork, and new notes start Plain.

Your own image

Upload a picture as a note’s theme and Folevi picks the page and text colours from it. PNG, JPEG, WebP and GIF work, up to 20 MB; 2400 × 1500 pixels fits best.

Blur background

Turn on Blur background and the theme image sits blurred behind the page, which becomes see-through.

Colours, font and width

  • Document colour: Auto, or white, paper, ivory, mist, sage, blush or night.
  • Text colour: Auto, or ink, slate, navy, forest, plum, brown or white.
  • Font: Modern, Serif, Mono or Soft.
  • Page width: Narrow or Wide. Separators: line, dots or doodle.

How many note themes are there?

Can I use my own picture?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF up to 20 MB and Folevi picks the page and text colours from it.
Do note themes work in dark mode?
Yes. Every theme has dark colours as well as light ones.
Does a note theme change the whole app?
No. The app stays white, or near-black in dark mode. Only the note takes the theme’s colours.
