Talk about the page, on the page
Select a block and press ⌘⌥M, or pick Comment in its menu. The thread sits next to the text it’s about, with replies, @mentions and a button to resolve it.

Comment on a block or the whole note
Comment on a block from its handle menu, from the selection toolbar or with ⌘⌥M. The Comments panel in the note’s dock lists every thread, open or resolved, and lets you comment on the whole note. A block with comments shows how many, and who wrote them.
Threads, replies and resolving
Reply in the thread, edit or delete your own comments, copy a link to a comment, or mark it unread. Resolve a thread when it’s done; replying to it opens it again.
@mentions and notifications
Type @ to mention someone who can see the page. Mentions, replies and new comments show up in your notifications, and you choose what you hear about: all comments, replies and @mentions, or only @mentions. Comment emails arrive as they happen or as one daily digest, which lists page titles only, never what was written.
Who can comment
Anyone with comment or edit access to the page. When you share a page you pick Can view, Can comment or Can edit, and a workspace member can be set to comment only. Public links show the page, not its comments.
Questions
- Who can comment on a Folevi note?
- Anyone you’ve given comment or edit access to the page, including workspace members set to comment only.
- Do public links show comments?
- No. A public link shows the page without its comments.
- Can I get comment emails once a day?
- Yes. In Settings, choose a daily digest instead of an email for each comment. The digest lists page titles, not comment text.
