Calendar
A calendar of everything that’s due
To-dos with a date show up on the calendar, wherever they live in your notes. Switch between a month grid and a 30-day agenda, and drag a task to another day to move it.
Every plan, including Free.
Month and Agenda
Month shows the whole month, with up to three tasks in each day and the selected day’s tasks beside it. Agenda lists what’s overdue, then today and every day with something due over the next 30 days. Open the calendar from Tasks or from ⌘K.
Drag to reschedule
Drag a task onto another day and it moves, with Undo in case you dropped it in the wrong place. Or use a task’s edit button to pick a date and time. Tasks without a date wait in a list below, each with a button to schedule it for today.
Quick Add and reminders
Press ⇧⌘A to add a task from anywhere, with a date, time and priority. It goes into the page you have open, or into your Inbox page. In a task’s details you can set a reminder, and Folevi shows it in your notifications when it’s due.
